ChartPortal is an add on module that gives you a method to export charts from SOAPware, transfer charts to other electronic media, give a copy of a chart to a patient, and attach charts to e-mail.
Share Information
Give a copy of a chart to a patient or send it to another clinic. Chart Portal gives you an effective way to forward your patient charts to other physicians, including those are not yet using SOAPware.
E-mail Charts
Attach charts to e-mail and share information with referring doctors or consultants in a fraction of the time it would otherwise take to copy or print charts and send via conventional shipping methods.
Customize Information:
Choose which charts you want to export.
Choose the information to include in the exported chart. This allows you to produce inclusive and comprehensive charts, or charts that only include things like Demographics, Active Medications and Active Problems list. With a list of over 30 choices, you can produce the exact format for all your needs.
