No More Paper
The Document management module is designed to give you a way to place all of the loose paper that accompanies a chart into the patient’s electronic medical record.
Anatomical Imaging
The Document management module is designed to give you an easy way of creating informational pictures, for either your reference or to be given to a patient. The module comes with more than 50 pre-made image templates. These can be used as a starting point, or you can begin with a blank document. Any of the existing templates may be edited or appended.
Other Notes
The Document management module is not designed to retroactively scan entire charts into SOAPware. Support for TWAIN 2.1 compatible desktop scanners such those made by Hewlett Packard. Microsoft Access and MSDE databases, like all databases, have a limit in size. Many SQL databases in theory can hold terabytes of data. In decimal terms, an terabytes is a thousand gigabytes.
