New Customers - Press “Continue” in the box labeled “New Customers”.
Returning Customers - Place your account number in the appropriate field and select “Continue”. Your Account Number is the primary phone number for the account minus any dashes. (If the primary phone number is 555-555-1212, the account number would be 5555551212). If you do not know your account number, you can launch SOAPware V5, select “Provider Manager” from the Tools menu, then use the phone number listed under “Contact Information”, minus any dashes.
