*A user is defined as a doctor, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or independently practicing nurse (i.e. Home Health Nurse or Therapist). Nurses (registered, licensed practical or nurse assistants) practicing directly in conjunction with a licensed practitioner do not require a separate license.
