Migration Seminars

The release of SOAPware V5 introduces a completely re-engineered, vastly improved product that has ushered in a new era of functionality for the SOAPware EHR. However, to obtain this new level of capability requires a migration process more involved than any previous SOAPware upgrade. With so many new features, it is critical for users to understand the process involved and test their workflows in the software before going live with V5. To this extent, the SOAPware Training dept is hosting Migration Seminars, at a rate of $50 per person per session. While attending the Migration Seminar you will be introduced to the new user interface, the terminology and workflow changes, and will be introduced to the technical steps involved in completing the migration. This orientation to V5 should help you to minimize any issues or disruptions resulting from the migration.

An active Support/Update contract must be in place to receive the upgrade to V5, and with this contract, the SOAPware Support dept will answer any technically oriented questions, and will provide a utility to transfer your patient data from the existing V4 database into V5, moving the entirety of your charts and customizations in the process.

After registering below, confirmation email will be sent. Prior to the session for which you registered, an email containing login details and some technical information will be sent to the same address as the registration confirmation email.

It is very important that your practice understands the migration path to V5, and not make the transition overnight. After attending the Migration Seminar, your practice will soon be able to enjoy the power and functionality of the new SOAPware V5.
